María José Court
Graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Diego Portales in 2001. Specialized in Industrial and Intellectual Property matters, especially in Industrial Property legal and litigation advice. She worked as an associate lawyer for 11 years at Estudio Claro y Cía., then working independently and founding Court y Sainz.
Graduated summa cum laude as a lawyer from Universidad de Chile in 1996. She also was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship and earned a Master degree in Law from Harvard University in 2001 focused in Intellectual Property. She took a course on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. She worked for more than 12 years at Sargent & Krahn providing legal advice to a large number of local and international companies in Intellectual and Industrial Property matters. She is a Professor of the Industrial and Intellectual Property Program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
